Since early 2013, years before other brokerages began providing concierge-style services, I have been formally providing Catherine’s ConciergeSM. With my years of design, remodeling, staging (I used to stage homes and was told my staging was more appealing than many professional stagers), and real estate expertise, I continue to design, prioritize, and orchestrate repairing and upgrading a home that is carefully tailored to current buyer preferences.

Catherine’s ConciergeSM is an optional service where I assist sellers to prepare their home for market. With Catherine’s ConciergeSM, I am your designer as well as overseer of highly skilled and reasonably priced service providers I recommend to make the home preparation process as well organized and, thus, lower stress as possible for you. Typical returns for clients on their home preparation investments that I personally advise with my exclusive list of preferred service providers are 200% - 300%, sometimes even higher. Worst case is you get your investment back with the increased sale price of your home. However, in the last 20 years I’ve never experienced a worst case scenario, all my clients have been thrilled with the strong profit and return on their home preparation investment!

Catherine’s ConciergeSM is also an iterative, very communicative process where I discuss with you my recommended priorities for home preparations to stay within your budget. If additional repairs are recommended by inspectors, we will discuss which repairs might be a high value to buyers and, thus, worth doing before putting your home on the market. For your convenience, I create a detailed schedule with home preparation price estimates for you that I update as necessary so you always know the costs and the schedule of home preparation activities as well as marketing activities.
